About Paul
Paul Avery grew up on the water in Meaford and has lived in Collingwood for the past 21 years. He knows this region the way most people only get to after decades of living in it — not as a transplant who discovered Georgian Bay, but as someone for whom it has always been home.
Before real estate, Paul spent 15 years in business — managing e-commerce operations, launching a cosmetic care line sold across eight countries through Amazon, and advising companies through exits valued at over $30 million. He also personally manages three investment properties and oversees seven family properties across the Owen Sound to Collingwood corridor.
The life he helps clients find in Southern Georgian Bay is the life he's already living. He skis, sails, and hikes the same trails and shorelines he works in — and he is raising his two boys here with his wife Lisa.
