I grew up in Meaford, on the water, and I've lived in Collingwood for the past 21 years. Southern Georgian Bay isn't a market I moved to for opportunity — it's home. My wife Lisa and I are raising our two boys here, and I ski, hike, and sail the same trails and shorelines I help clients find properties on. That kind of familiarity is hard to fake and harder to replicate.
Before real estate, I spent 15 years in business — building and managing e-commerce operations, launching a cosmetic care line sold across eight countries through Amazon, and advising companies through exits valued at over $30 million. That background shapes how I work: I'm comfortable with data, clear on negotiation, and focused on the decision that makes sense for you, not the one that closes fastest.
I also invest in real estate myself. I manage three properties of my own and help oversee seven family properties between Owen Sound and Collingwood. When I talk about investment potential, rental dynamics, or long-term value, it comes from direct experience, not theory.
